With the approximately 82 feet of snow we have here in Boston and the -22* windchill, you could say we’re in the depths of winter. And given that most people probably just want to stay in and snuggle with their loved ones rather than venture out, comfort foods are just the thing to look forward to.

I’ve been doing my fair share of cooking soups and chili, so I thought I’d round-up a list of comfort foods I’ve made in the past year, just to make things interesting and have a repository to come back to when I’m looking to change up the usual chili routine in the coming weeks (we all know the snow’s not going to melt ’til May, so I’ve got a lot more comfort food in my future…).
