Why We Love It
We love it because the silicone gives it a sleek and uniform shape, making it extremely easy to use, useful for getting every last bit of chocolate off of it, or for getting the final scraps of cookie dough batter out of the bowl. The single move also makes it incredibly easy to clean. Its seems to be more sanitary than any other spatulas we’ve used before, ones that have wooden handles that can absorb moisture and potentially harmful ingredients (like raw egg).
