I love snacks, so any food in mini, bite-size is perfect to me. In fact, my favorite food to eat out is tapas, which Wikipedia defines as “a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine.” Perfect.
Mini foods are also great to serve for parties, as you can make more of them and they’re usually easy to eat as an appetizer while standing. Plus, your guests will be impressed and “Ooo” and “Aww” over them.
Here’s a great mini food to serve at your next hosting event: meatball sliders. You can use the recipe for our Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs as the basis. The recipe for the sliders buns is coming next week! Stay tuned!
